What is nonprofit coaching?
Nonprofit coaching is an ongoing partnership and collaboration that provides leaders, boards, staff and volunteers with expert advice, strategic guidance, accountability, and practical solutions. Rather than navigating challenges alone, you'll have an experienced coach to help you make informed decisions and build a stronger, more sustainable organization.
What topics do you coach nonprofits on?
Coaching covers a wide range of topics, from brainstorming, strategic planning, staff and volunteer development, fundraising, finding donors, donor engagement and retention, organizational growth, capacity building, program expansion, technology and systems, grant readiness, and long-term sustainability.
Why do nonprofits choose The Nonprofit People?

Do you coach nonprofit startups?
Yes. We love working with new nonprofits and helping founders avoid common mistakes. Our coaches provide guidance on building a strong foundation, developing leadership, creating effective systems, and preparing for long-term growth and community impact.
Can coaching help an existing nonprofit grow?
Absolutely. Many organizations seek coaching when they're ready to strengthen operations, hiring employees, brining on volunteers, increase fundraising, improve infrastructure, expand programs, or prepare for significant growth. Strategic guidance to help nonprofits move confidently to the next level.
Are coaching sessions one-on-one?

Our personalized approach ensures you receive practical guidance that can be implemented immediately. You can include team members on coaching sessions as well.
